I am not trying to be pessimistic, but while it is a good deal relative to its original MSRP, as an investment it probably isn’t such a good purchase. Considering it will be out of warranty soon, and you can pick up a new GT3 or Turbo for that price it doesn’t make sense for the average buyer to pick up the car at this price. Even with such a limited production run in '04, the fact that they did make a few GT2s in ’05 is a hindrance to the “collector” appeal that this example would otherwise provide with its low mileage. If we were talking about an 05 model I would completely retract everything I just said.

I don't know, the GT2 is a fast, rare and beautiful car but not sure if I can shell out 120k for GT2 when the 360 can be had for about the same.

I'd rather have a GT2 than a 360. But I'd rather have a Challenge Stradale than a GT2...
