I had the pleasure of driving a RS on the track in December with Ceramics. Had no problem with heel / toe. When I got tired, I would half foot (left side of foot on brake & right side of foot on gas) with no problems. Hope that helps

It is really easy to do H&T with RS in the track really easy.
