Actually, I don't know of many besides exhaust. Mine's completely stock. There's another guy here that has the Tubi exhaust and it sounds great. I could see doing that system but I would be afraid the straight pipes would just be too loud.

I would drive it for a while with the stock exhaust - because it sounds perfectly fine that way, then change it after you've given stock a chance if you want something different.
