GT3 coming, time to start ordering mods! Questions...

Need advice and what and where to order. Want to get 2 GT3 seats (prob in black leather, though has anyone tried the alcantara/leather? how about the alcantara steering wheel?), 6 pt belts, cross members, roll bar or cage, fire extinguisher, and maybe mess grill covers.

I've check Carnewal, the exchange rate is so much worse than it used to be though. Where else can these items be ordered? I've always ordered from Gert in the past.

TiA!

Scott,

Congrats! First mod: California duster from Griots for that black paint!

I've got to hand it to you, you've been ahead of the curve on the pricing. First the CTT and now the GT3. How much under MSRP do you think we can get a CGT for?

We now have FOUR black vehicles (once the non-black cars are sold) so I'll be busy once the new garage is done!!

CGT may be a bit tough right off the bat, eh? Throw me a $400k bone and I'll see if I can find ya one! Hehe

1) On the GT3 seats, the cushions are interchangeable, so order the alcantara cushions for the track and replace them with the leather for the street.

2) Haven't tried the steering wheel yet but with the blue or red stitching it isn't going to match the car unless you have a red harness.

3) Sabelt or Schroth Harness, Brey-Krause cross member or factory cross member.

4) Tequipment roll bar, Safecrafe PB2 2.5 Halon Fire Extinguisher. Brey-Krause of Akkurat Fire Extinguisher mount.

Sound like I am making the decision for you.

Foreign Affairs for the GT3 seats, Brey Kraus for the FE mount, Schroth for harnesses, call around for the Techquipment rollbar (try Braman, Suncoast, or Foreign Affairs), and don't forget a GT3 console delete from Suncoast.

DEVEK for GT3 seats, belts and the factory roll bar...call and talk to Austin, he can set you up! There are lots of good suppliers, but if you want suspension or go fast goodies, talk to ViperBob! Saw this guy at Willlow Spring, and WOW...his 993 is FAST.

Good luck.....what color?
