Did someone shake up a black CGT this weekend?
I'm wary of turning the TC off in my lowly 350z. Can't imagine turning it off in something like a CGT, especially only days after getting one. As long as everyone's ok, that's what counts. Hopefully the owner learned a hard lesson...
Poor CGT... what's incredible these days is the fact that no mather where you are on earth, there is always someone ready with a cam or cell phone to take picture of you and posting it somewhere on internet...
Not mine (thankfully!). Mine hasn't actually moved in two months!! I tried to start it two weekends ago and the battery was DEAD!! All charged up and ready to rock and roll this weekend. I'll be attending a special gathering of CGTs in SoCal. Photos to follow ...
You are dreaming if you think this amount of damage can be fixed for under 50K!
I would be willing to bet it will be over double 50K, and probably triple that number. Look at how much damage was done to the other car after he hit the median. With the amount of money that wrecked CGT's are bringing the insurance company might just total the car and sell.
I stand by my view that turning off the TC while turning in a car you are not familiar in on public roads is insane! This guy is going to cost his insurance company a lot of money for his careless act. I am just glad that he didn't kill anyone with his reckless driving.
