Thinking of a CGT

Hello guys!
We have been thinking of buying a Cgt for some time and now a nice example has come up. But I have a few questions.
How is the ride compared to a stock gt2 for example? How is the driveability for everyday use in terms of clutch stiffness and speed bump capability etc?

i found the ride is very close to the 02 GT2 i had If not softer. in other word it's not stiff at all. however, they feel totally different one feels like a street car another feels like a race car regardless the ride. i'd say that's the least thing u need to worry about.

depends on ur road. no problem to use it everyday but it can be painful. if the road is nice then u have less problem. if u have speed bump all over places then forget it. clutch is stiff for sure. i wouldn't want to live with it everyday as daily driver, no way.

I probably should make it clear that with "everyday use" I didn´t mean daily driver but rather for cruising and having fun with and a couple track days every now and then...

Haven't driven a GT2 but the ride quality in the CGT is very livable. Is the ride firm? Definitely. Is it unbearable? Not even close. It doesn't bang over bumps and imperfections in the road like others do.

The clutch is stiff but a strong left leg can handle that. Speed bumps? Not so much. They are not a friend to the CGT.

I found the CGT very easy to drive. It takes about a day to get the launch and the car is hard to shift from 1-2 when cold. Selling mine was a big mistake and I will be selling my 599 and starting to look for another one.

Although I think the prices have gotten a little crazy...
