Garage-Mahal

Well it's up and closed in, and it has the lift. Never mind that it still needs paving, permanent power, insulation, drywall, permanent lighting, epoxy floor, full bathroom, workbench & cabinets, satellite, beer-miester etc. All good things come in time. Here are the pix I promised.

Yeah, I saw your pics. You've got to get that thing indoors, except when you're outside flogging the bejeebers out of it.

Yep. It's under a covered carport for the moment. Should be ready to go in the garage later this week.

It is a PowerRex SL10000-OH. I bought it from Callahan products at 800-295-8853. It's well built & was 2/3 the cost of a Rotary. It has a few features that I liked better as well. Will lift to 75". It's nice to be able to stand under the car!

That setup is nice and wide. Did you consider putting a 4-post lift in the far right stall?

Justin, it is 1400 sqft on the first floor, and 600 sqft on the 2nd floor.

Amir, I have enough room in there for the "fleet" of cars that I can afford right now. And I don't really have the head room for that. Building requirements limit me to 22' total height without a variance, and so the 1st floor, except for the lift bay is 9' high.

That is a very attractive garage. It should add a great deal of value to your home and life. Congrats!
