FS: Brand New 997GT3 Rear Wing Blade GMG + MAcarbon Bonus!

For all those thinking of adding a little (actually a lot!) of carbon to the outside of their GT3, we have a brand new, never installed, GMG rear wing blade on consignment from a customer. He bought himself one for his birthday and so did his girlfriend! Since he was a good customer, we told him we'd get it sold for him. After receiving it, we spent an hour doing a bit of polishing to make it look even better.

GMG list price is $1,750. We have it on our site for $1,450. The owner has authorized us to drop the price to $1,350! As a bonus, we'll add in our lower lip spoiler for $375 and a total package price of $1,725. This is a discount of $50 on the lower lip and gets you both for less than the price GMG wants for just the blade. (Shipping will run about $35 if you are in the US & Canada. It's going to be about $250 for international customers.)

The attached two photos show another GT3 with our lower lip, air scoops and the GMG wing.

The carbon steering wheel we are doing for him arrives this week and he wants to apply the wing proceeds to the wheel - so first PM gets it.

What is the price on the CF air scoops?
Also are they exactly the same as stock or are they a bit larger (taller to take in more air)?
Thank you very much for the help. PM me if you prefer.

Scoops

The scoops are laminated stock pieces. They look great but we do not claim any performance benefits obviously. We are not an engine company and do not have the capacity to develop a new scoop system - at least any that would be based on a real scientific method. They do make a great compliment to MAcarbon rear lip!

Did Posche ever make anything? If they did we could carbon it as we have with the 997 pieces.

GMG does have a scoop for the 996 GT3 already. They call it the 'Air Collector'. I have not seen it in person though.

Bruce, that's exactly what I want to find...at a "reasonable" price. I'll check out rennworks and see what they're asking for one. I'm not familiar with the CF fabrication industry, but it doesn't seem like it should cost more than $400.

Also, is it "bolt" on (have to drill) or double sided tape?

Thanks (& nice car!)
