CGT Market
What year? Any factory warranty left on it? Any paint work or stories? These factors really make a difference in price.
Cars that are known, and well documented are still bringing considerable money. Cars that are clapped out, or damaged well that's another story and all the more reason to buy a "known" car from a reputable source. Then, whether you pay $375k, or whatever, for a known car is immaterial because peace of mind is priceless. Downside condition surprises tend to be of the "shocking" variety, especially with the CGT.

That hasn't been my experience, nor that of most who are familiar with the market.
Assuming a 29mm or better clutch, I wouldn't pay more than $300 for a silver 04 with those miles.

Agree. $290-295 is the right number
My opinion is that these cars are worth a lot more than that, but unless you've had the privileage to own or drive one you wouldn't know what I'm talking about.
Its only worth what someone will pay for them. And like the F40 market it will rise and fall alot. When there are no more people willing to buy CGTs at 400+ they will far, just like the F40 at 500-600k has fallen. Then people will buy them when they drop and prices will go up again once the lower price warrents an increase in demand until people will no longer pay the going rate.
Two year ago 300-330k CGT were everywhere, then they shot up, and are now back down. A 400+k CGT is great if you sold it at that price, and its a bummer if you bought it at that price.
