Time to ride the garage queen hard

I bought the 2007 GT3RS twenty months ago. It went in the garage and covered. It was a true garage queen. Only 971 miles.
After selling the GT3 I even thought of getting rid of the RS. Problem was eveybody wanted to steal it. So hell I'm keeping it.

Time to start modding this girl. The guys at Champion Motorsport will get their hands on her. I will also be talking with Alex at Sharkwerks for goodies and ideas. Plan to marry the FVD headers with the Sharkwerks by-pass exhaust. It will be loud.

Will follow up after mods and dyno results.
BTW the hood was an old vestige from a 993 Carrera cup car.

Cheers
Ranger

Hey Juan... glad you're bringing her out and good on you... I think it'll make for some really interesting stuff. Plus you just _have_ to enjoy the RS for all its worth

I have no idea how you had the ability to keep a car like that in the garage for that long and not use it! I couldn't do it.

Looking forward to the build thread.

Having the GT3 kept me happily busy. Also the M5 is no slouch to enjoy. Currently ASR is finishing the first V10 TT complete engine build for the E60 M5. Planning for 750 to 800 rwhp. Reason for selling the GT3.

The GT3RS is great but it pales to the way the GT3 was set up. Really want to get that feel back.
The wife is on my case about spending money.

Cheers

I remember that you had your GT3 well set up, I almost would have sold the RS in your situation and kept the modded GT3 for the track.

You have a nice garage, I am very envious of your cars.

Can't believe you resisted so long w/o driving or modding. Given what you did w/your GT3, this time around should be very interesting. Will love to see the results.
