Actually, there are a couple of gray market cars available.

The interior on that silver one is among the ugliest I've ever seen.

how much did it cost to convert them to US specs?

not the ugliest interior i've ever seen, but a little over the top for me.

There was one on eBay recently for $175k or $185k. It may still be up for auction.
