GT3 RS Photoshoot
OK. I burned through the entire set again and fixed the color. Looks much better now. Here are some full body shots

And finally. One last shot and shout out to the former owner.
Daryl, I know we talked about it, but I really liked this shot. This will be the last reference to it, I promise

Wow nice pictures. Any recommendations on the best bang for buck point and shoot SLR camera. I have a rebel XT and it's not that great with the standrad 18-55mm lense.
The glass is where you want to spend your money. If you're looking to upgrade the body though, I'd look at the 30D and 40D maybe. I went from the Rebel to the 30D, then to the first gen 5D. That's another good camera to go with used. Full frame and lots of goodies to work with. If you're shooting mostly in the manual modes, the 5D will serve you well. You'll need to upgrade your lens though as the 5D only accepts EF mount lenses. The 30/40D will take EF-S mounts as well and have some automated shooting modes.

I don't know what the @$%# I'm doing with it most of the time but it's awesome!
Thanks everyone's help. I can assume that the 17-55mm 2.8 lens would work on my old rebel XT? Would that be the best value for dollar in terms of picture quality?
Sorry didn't mean to off topic your post.

I see the 17-85 is half the price of the 17-55mm. Is it because of the wide angle on the 17-55? If it's not that noticable between them i'd rather save the $500 toward a better camera body in the future.
