Coolant Reservoir Cap, should i replace?

Hi All ... the part number on my coolant reservoir cap is 996-106-447-01. would it be advisable to replace it with the new one with part number

996-106-447-04

i noted people talking about faulty coolant caps, just cant recall or find which part number were the faulty caps ...
