11-99 foundation membership

This might be a re-post. I'm interested in becoming a lifetime member of the CHP 11-99 foundation. Anyone here have any information as to how I can join ? It doesn't look like the official website has an option for you to join, just a general contribution of any amount (and does not state that you get some sort of "certificate" of membership) I heard that you have to be referred by someone and it costs about $1800 (which the official website does not state). Anyone have any info please PM me or post here

yes, the cost has gone up dramatically. I don't believe they issue license plate frames or the badges anymore.

11-99 foundation

I listed the contact I spoke with and I attached an application and member levels with costs for your review. It is a really worth while cause better than most and there is a potential bonus of membership depending on where and who stops you for speeding. When deciding which membership level determine if your employer has a matching program, my company matched contributions dollar for dollar which obviously can help with your decision.

So whats the deal with this membership? Why do I see a lot of new current model cars in CA have the license plate border when the org does not give out anymore??

Left over frames from back when they were standard issue. I have several myself. You used to be able to buy them for $100 each once you were a lifetime member.
