That interior got a beating from the ugly stick

 

Im sure the interior was done like that, just to show the new changes and what now can be customized...

 

While, I think it is great that porsche did this, I'd like to know what advantages it has over the std 997GT2 which is a great car all it's own. Does this new car have a larger fuel pump? does it have RSR suspension components? larger sway bars? Does the trans have the wider RSR gears? What are you getting for $100k more than the GT2? The current GT2 has turbos large enough to exceed 700 bhp with tuning. So does this new GT2RS have the same tuning but more of everything else? What are the real specifics?

 

i was hoping for a larger wing on the back.... and not a fan of the unpainted CF hood.... this isnt some honda

 

Honda guys have wayyyyy ahead of Porsche.

 

the unpainted CF hood would look great if it was a gloss clear coat over the CF.

I would hope so. Flat non gloss colors turn to crap fairly quickly.
