Talking Speculation is fun, right?

As per the thread title, any speculation for the next gen GT3?

Weight?
Metzger engine?
Composite bodywork?

etc.

I say we wait 2 plus years to see it. The 2012 will be the new gen 911. They want us to buy a bunch of those first.

Yeah I know it'll be awhile, but the speculation and waiting is just part of the fun.

Well, we are seeing them shave 200 lbs off the GT2. My RS has almos 450 hp, so they have to better that. I wouldn't be shocked to see a gas/elect like the hybrid race car.

Let's just hope it's not solely a hybrid proposition

I doubt we see that from them for many many years. Maybe a Cayenne, but not a GT3.

Bump?

If next year's RS is gonna have 33 more hp (not gonna hold my breath), then there may be some more life left in the Metzger.
