You'll be seeing more of me in this section now :)
.............I fully expect that Deputys new GT3 will be off the hook in given time....

I finally got the car home. I drove the 996 up to Minnesota. Traded it in and drove the GT3 home. Wow that is a long drive from Florida!!! I did around 3400 miles in 4 days. Riddiculous
I got the car home safe and sound, for the most part anyway. I destroyed the lip spoiler pulling out of a gas station parking lot. Lesson learned on that one... I also got pelted with a stone on the interstate and the windshield cracked. Drag....
I love the car though. I thought something was going to break the first time I ran it up to 8200
As soon as I got it home I had the dealer do and oil change, put a new lip spoiler on, and upgrade the brake fluid to race fluid. And a full inspection as well. Zero over revs. Should have it on the track here shortly

Yeah, I don't see me going that route. Its terrible with the stock lip. Luis had suggested I lower the car even further. He's out of his mind

I'm going to leave the new stock lip on there for now and see how it goes.
One thing I've noticed is just how not durable the GT3 lip is. My 996 turbo lip would scrape, but not bend. The GT3 lip folded under itself and scraped the bottom of the lip as well as the front making it look like complete crap after the scrape. The lip would be a lot more durable if it was as rigid as the turbo lip.
I'm going to have to be exceptionally careful with this front end. It doesn't feel any lower than my 996, but it must be...
No pictures... not even camera phone pix on FB?? Whats up with that?? Regardless, congratulations and enjoy. Your going to have a blast with the 6-3 at the track. When is your first track date?
Depdog is ballin' in a 7-3.1
I was keeping a low profile on facebook. I have some business contacts on there. Here's the one pic I have of the car from my phone when I was picking it up at the dealer in MN. I'll probably take a few more tomorrow.

I going to try and make the homestead event at the end of July. My schedule is a little sketchy right now though.
Dog, can't wait to see it in person and track with ya. Nice!
I understand about the low profile on Facebook...if my customers knew I had a Porsche the whining to my company and to me would not be good...sales would come to a halt!
