After a few spirited drives today the fan in the engine bay turns on after the key is out of the ignition. I assume this is normal? Any one else seeing this?

Completely normal, on a hot day mine will go on and off a few times.

On a hot day, mine runs on and off up to 10 minutes after I shut it off.

 

That means you drove to hard. Warranty voided!

Haha... Just kidding! That's only cooling fans. Since car is parked it does not get air to cool the radiators. So these fans cool it (engine) down once parked. It means you drove it like it was meant to be driven! Good stuff my friend!

What he said! The last couple of days my fan has been kicking into high gear after driving, it's a good sound (as long as you have coolant in the reservoir...)

 

Absolutely normal! Now go out there and drive it harder!
