Smoking deal on a GT3
I wanted to buy this car at $77k but the wife wanted back seats..for the kids so I grabbed a turbo. I've seen this car and it is in very good shape for 38k. The only thing that needed attention was the clear film protecting the rear quarter was starting to yellow. Now they are selling it for $75k.

FYI, the guy I worked with was Aric at McKenna straight shooter and easy to work with.

How have these cars fared at such high miles? Anyone on the board have experience with major issues to look out for?

Would a Sharkwerks 3.9L conversion replace enough of the engine components to allay fears of those that are "scared of the miles"?

Looks like the lowest price car around by far. Certification certainly provides some peace of mind....

Geez, temptation lurks around every corner in California!

Thanks for the heads up, Robert. Akram and Sunil over @ MW are great guys. They worked exclusively on my 997TT and will certainly work on whatever else I get into next.

I'm just lurking for a new car right now. Noodling between a 997.2TT, 997.2 GT3 or something else completely. Decisions decisions!

Saw the car, not the best deal.

Does have high miles and some road rash (chips in bumper, hood, rockers)

There is another white GT3 for sale @ 69 on the east coast, also white and has a few less miles.
