Seatbelt buckle

Anyone know where I can get just the male part of the seatbelt buckle? Will other Porsche model buckles fit? I'd like to have a couple to plug in when wearing the 6 pt harness. I know you can pull it around behind the seat but I'd rather not do that.

Try to give Parts Heaven (a Porsche junkyard in Hayward, Ca) a call. I think the buckle from recent Porsche models will fit, and Parts Heaven may have some around at decent prices.

My dealer shut off the seatbelt warnings - more convenient for me than using another buckle. No bells going off when wearing the 6 pt harness...

I got this for 3.59 with free shipping. The male part is a little thin, but it works.

Nah. Just add a layer of masking tape if it does.

Here are some pics for posterity, in case the eBay link dies.

I just made my own with some old garden edging plastic material. Used OEM belt as template, then cut off with a utility knife and sanded edges smooth... Works like a champ. Frugal Lou

If it makes you feel better, the ones I bought aren't real pretty. I think they are from a 1977 Fox.

Same here, no warnings, no bells, no light, no charge, because it did not "really" happen....
