very nice video.
I was trying to see how he initiated the drifts but I couldn't see anything special that he did...
No excessive throttle, no clutch kick, no flick with the steering wheel.
Any idea??
Some of the road tests I've read mentioned the GT3 has telepathic handling, could that be how he did it?

I think he is a race car driver.
The track is very slippery and he is on street Cup's. He just allows the rear to brake loose by lifting and throttle steers the rest. Very good car control with plenty of experience!

At a Skip Barber Advanced Car Control class, we actually practiced this. We started on the dry section and headed into the skid pad, slightly turning and trail braking. When you lifted off the brake, the car would start to rotate.
I can't explain the physics but on the super slippery part of the skid pad, you can feel this happen easily. In the dry, it works but my butt can't feel it like you do in the wet. If you've never done a skid pad, BTW, it's a LOT of fun. Unfortunately, without regular practice, it's tough to keep these kind of skills.
