Please help on decision

My local dealer has an 07 gt3 for 81k 14k miles, excellent shape no accidents some paint work done on the rear from reversing into a garage. Repair looks great. Car is cpo till 2013.
My 06 911s has 15000 miles but is in the body shop cause my garage roof fell on in (long story). Damage was not too bad some small dents in roof and one deep scratch on hood. Before the roof incident my car was immaculate, absolutely no scratches or damage inside or out.
They want to only give me 40k for my 911s. I think that's really low but I think the gt3 is a good deal at 81k
Both cars have full leather, the gt3 has nav mine does not. Both have sport adaptive seats and the chrono Pkg, headrest crests etc.
Good deal?
Ok deal?
Or should I keep my car or try sell it on my own?
Both cars are arctic silver
I did test drive the gt3 and the dealer let me open it up , WOW that's a nice tone and some real power pulling through 5-6k . I like the way the car drives.
This is not my dialer driver and will get driven only about once a week.
I won't track the car either. I like the aggressive styling of the gt3 and like something a little different from other cars.
Any opinion are welcome.
Thanks

you'll always be better off selling the car on your own. Find out what other 997s's are selling for in your area, and you'll have an idea of what you can get for your car. Remember the dealer has to turn around and sell it, and they want to make as much profit as they can off of your car.

If you can afford to have both for a little while, then pick up the gt3 and put your car on the market. If you can't, then you could always put your car on the market now and hope the gt3 is still available when you get yours sold.

The asking price for the GT3 is a bit high given the miles and minor repair.
You can get one like that for mid-70s on the mainland, assuming the car is otherwise untracked and excellent shape.

thanks for the input and advice. I am in Hawaii and buying and shipping a car unseen makes my uneasy. Thanks for the input, I think I will try and sell it on my own.
So...40k trade and 81k for the gt3 really bad deal?
wow 71k for a loaded 07 thats a steal.

Thanks

If your willing to wait it out then sell it on your own, but may take a while!
