I will echo others: your C4 is totally redundant with the Turbo. The Turbo, in effect, is a "super C4" in terms of usability. Works in the snow, works in rain, comfy seats, lots of torque, big stereo, happy cruising. All the same as the C4 but more. The RS is much less practical. No rustproofing, doesn't work in standing water, looks like someone went hog-wild with the Pep Boys option catalog. That said it is a modern classic which you'll want to keep forever.

Ditch it and get an RS if you have the ability to do so. Where is my Easy button.
If that is your GT3RS in the avatar, it is fanatastic looking. That is the exact colour scheme I test drove and wanted. Which.... sold in a matter of hours!

yeah, you can definitely change out the steering wheel. I think they would be more than willing to change it for you. They have way too many of these cars in inventory.

That's good to know that they could change out the steering wheel. I hadn't heard that they have way too many cars in inventory. Is that the word out there? It seems dealers only have one or two. I am wondering if dealers will be allocated more through the year?

Allocations are coming to an end, if not already ended.

I think many dealers over estimated the demand for the cars, and loaded them up with a lot of options which seems to be somewhat contrary to what people want in the car.

I don't recall this many of the previous generation RS' sitting around on the dealer lots.

This makes sense. They seem to have loaded them with heavy options. I was surprised to see many with Dynamic Cornering Lights. I wouldn't think that particular option would be in high demand on these cars

there are few nice examples out there with minimal options but they are certainly harder to come by.

Dynamic cornering lights would not come to mind in ordering a RS.

That is exactly what I have discovered. Most have tons of options which I don't want. I was told by several dealers that they will be receiving more within 60 days but they are heavily optioned also. I'm assuming with many in stock they will negotiate below sticker. The one on Autogallery is at $163K. Seems a bit high.

Hi LFC911Kop, I'd like to know what dealer allowed the GT3RS test drive as I've not been able to get one to agree so far - despite telling them I plan to purchase a vehicle and adding I'm a physician but no dice LOL.
I'm in West LA.
TIA

Porsche in Newport Beach offered me to test drive but I haven't been able to get there. His name was Marty, He gave me a hardback book on the GT3. He would have given me a GT3Rs book if he had it. I drove in there in my 2010 turbo and told him about m 2009 C4S and that I was looking for a GT3Rs and he said, do you want a test drive. I didn't have the time bue he invited me back. Walters in Riverside definitely will allow you to test drive. I'm actually shocked that they won't let you test drive. Who would buy a $160 car without test driving. Take your business elsewhere. These dealers noted need your buisness and are good people. I drove the GT3RS in Palm Desert. Amazing!!
