Yet another satisfied Sharkwerks customer
Ordered the sharkwerks bypass muffler for my 997.2 GT3 after speaking to several other satisfied customers. The sound is just right. With the sport button off, it sounds close to stock (except at cold start). The neighbors wont notice anything obnoxious. With sport button on, it comes alive. I havent had too much driving time but so far Im happy! It helped ease any apprehension with ordering since sharkwerks offered to take it back if I wasnt satisfied.
More impressive than the product itself was their customer service. My installer had a little problem with the install and alex and james were more than happy to walk them through the issues. Also, my installer managed to slightly damage the new RS tips. Get this, alex agreed to exchange the tips on his dime just to make everyone happy. He express delivered the new tips and all was good. Who does that? Thats customer service! I know there are several products out there that do the same thing as the sharkwerks bypass but i would highly recommend these guys just based on their service after the sale.
btw, I painted the face plate with some high temp exhaust paint in matte black so the shiny stainless steel was not visible through the larger tips.

Definitely a good crew there. Alex picked up my car from TC Design while I was out of town on business. In addition, he installed one of his own dead pedals because vivid racing sent the 997 version.
More importantly, he kept me well-informed along the way (day and night).
Thanks, Alex. . . wait, I forgot to pick up a shark
