GMG Carbon Deck lid for 997.2 GT3RS/ GT3 details

Gents

As many of you may or may not know over the past year we have been expanding our business and offerings and one of the area's we have been expanding is the manufacture of our composite parts.

Here is the latest release from the composite department.


GT3RS/CUP rear deck lid for the 997.2 GT3/RS- GT2/RS and 997.1 Turbo and 997.2 GT3 Cup.

Full aerospace grade carbon fiber- vacuum bagged.
Fully reinforced.
UV resistant resin
As used on our World Challenge race car- Race tested.
Direct replacement part
Useable for road or race cars.
Retains all factory hardware for fans wiring, uprights, engine fan, screens etc.

Direct replacement bolt on part - exact fit.

Factory part 15lbs.
GMG WC- Deck lid 8 lbs

Available as a decklid with out the filler panel or with the filler panel.
Available in two finishes - raw carbon or high gloss as shown.

This is cool to save some weight from the rear of the car.
I will like to paint so the weight saving will be good?

Paint should ad no more than 1/4 lb- to the total weight.
The parts require - virtually no finishing work -

TKS Fab,those are great news ,I had very bad experience with aftermarket CF fitment and in an RS I don't want to have to adjust etc.

WOW, GREAT WORK!!!! GMG! as always.

They gonna fit 997.1 TURBO!!?? If so, i would be all over it!

Gents

This will fit the 997.1 Turbo because the airbox configuration has the dual inlet.

You can install on a 997.1 GT3/RS but will require some modifications to the airbox.

It will also bolt to the 997.1 GT2 .
