I'm so glad my 997.1 RS deal with south due to dealer greed. Seems like since 07 less then a year goes by and there is yet another "new" limited edition RS out. Thank god I did get suckered in to over paying and having a car has lost demand due to newer, bigger, better, faster models getting released every 9 months! Man, would I be PO'd if just took delivery of a 2011!

This new 4.0 is going to be an awesome ride though, 500HP! Hard to believe they can top this one, but I'm sure come this fall a 525 version with euro seats might make it to our showrooms.

 

think those time differences only matter in down hill skiing

 

^ That’s too funny. I raced rapid gate and GS for a major part of my life and yes those time splits only matter on the slopes. The top 10 or 12 guys are within the same second. What mattered was your bib number, time of day, and WAX!!!

Great car but too expensive. I don't think this will affect any .2 RS owners' residuals as the price delta is too great.

 

NO, now that's too funny, yet again! Club racing when I was younger, high school ski team (where I met my wife, and yes our HS had a ski team), college / NCSA, then corporate teams, and a little bit of Master's.

You? Tonka as Minnetonka? Buckhill produces some outstanding racers. Gotta love mid-western talent!

we had a condo in mammoth and would go there alot to ski but just for fun.
