I drove the %hit out of my for 37K miles before having the SW 3.9 conversion done and now have 58.5k on the car I think you will be fine with a 35K car

These cars are very strong, the kind of mileage you are talking about is nothing. Having just picked one up, I will say they are awesome machines.

NIGT3 is infamous around these parts
There was a 996gt3 for sale in england recently with 180,000Miles, with the same engine and same carbon cer brakes from new!! Motors in these cars are very strong!!

My mechanic works on a .1 GT3 with over 100K. No issues with that car.
