Have any of you done the Porsche Driving Experience? I am planning a trip down to Alabama early this summer. Is it worth the money? Are there any other racing and DE schools that you would recommend?

yes, both basic and masters. and yes, very much so!

 

PDE is worth the money. it's not just driving but a entire experience. best will be going with friends that u know or better group 6speeders. however, if u're just planning going early the summer most likely the spots are already sold out. the reservation is up to a year sometimes. u can book it online btw.

 

You will learn a lot and have a blast. It's a first-class operation from top to bottom. You won't be disappointed.

 

Fantastic experience, done it and can't wait to do it again.

I did PDE at Road Atlanta a few years back and loved every minute of it. Make sure and do the 2 day course.

A couple of friends have also done the Skip Barber Three Day Racing School and thought it was great.

Attended PDE back in 05/2001 at RA and it was a great time, worth it.
