I got my 2007 GT3 flawless condition from a dealer 1 year ago at 80k. Single owner,6000 miles, no options on the car, very stock.
I have the same car for sale, PM if interested. 30K miles now.

? who wants a sport chrono in a in a gt3? it serves absolutely no purpose and adds an "out of place" bump in the dash. atleast imho

Still waiting on a reason other than "it has no purpose in that car"....I think it definitely does...hit the sport button and the car is very different than the "regular" mode....definitely makes it more fun as a car to drive around town, opens the exhaust, more power, louder, quicker, etc. On the track, it makes the throttle a little touchy, which could be a bad thing if you aren't careful, but just don't use it on the track if you aren't competent. If you want strictly a track car, then you should be getting a cup car anyway....gt3 is for the street with occasional track time.
Flame away.

Here's a hint...Sport Chrono has NOTHING to do with the Sport mode
Non-Chrono cars have the Sport button as well...thus the Chrono does nothing on a GT car. PDK ? Yes. Turbo? Yes GT3 ..NO
Bill
Chrono in a PDK car means launch control ability.
Guys thanks for taking over my thread to argue the importance of Chrono package but can anyone recommend a ppi location in scottsdale? Other than a penske owned dealership
