Clutch Bleeding

Last night I did my first brake bleed on my new (to me) 997.1 GT3. I also wanted to bleed the clutch lines. I read up on how to do this, but once I located the bleed valve on the clutch slave cylinder I was not able to reach it. My are could not get past the other lines in order to reach, much less open, the bleed valve. Has anyone done this and how did they get to the bleed valve? Thanks for any help!

If you reach over the gearbox on the right side - passenger side you can access the clutch slave cylinder. The bleeder valve is elongated and I believe its an 8 mm. Using the Motive Power Bleeder to pressurize the master cylinder reservoir is the way to go. Just take your time and feel around over the top of the gearbox.

I'll give you my philosophical answer, if you have to ask, with something as important as a clutch, then take it to a pro.
