Probably... I passed almost everyone, except early in the day when I was warming up and getting used to it. There was a black GT2 that was fast (of course) especially on the straight. He was going for more speed on the straight, whereas I was keeping my top speed conservatively lower. But, I could catch him in the corners. I caught everyone in the corners I think. The cornering limits on the CGT are amazing.

Thanks! I'd love to see a picture of your red interior. Silver/Red is a classic color combo.

One more picture of the Forza track day gang. They were a really nice bunch. They did sound recordings of my car and several other vehicle to use as sound references for the games.

did you observe any of the CS around the track? did it hold up against your cgt in the twisty bits?

The CS was fast, but it can't hold up to the CGT. I drove my CS last summer about 9 times at this track. The CGT will easily beat the CS in torque, stability at high speed, and cornering. The CS feels a little nervous compared to the CGT. Side to side transitions exhibit more body roll in the CS. And the CS is really lacking in cornering grip (a product of the factory 19" wheels not having a good tire selection). Don't get me wrong - the CS is great car too, and the CGT should be better for the price difference.
