Wouldn't they just need to replace the damaged, it is not like the car is damaged beyond repair???

maybe the owner was just looking for a excuse to bail out on his new purchase??

I understand that **** happens... But when you pay over $440k for a car, they should learn how to transport it safely.

I don't blame him. I wouldn't want to pay that $$ for a car that is repaired (sometimes never the same). I would rather save $$ and buy used or search for another new.

I would have refused it as well. He should not have to deal with that "hit" (No pun inteneded) in his pocket for somebody else's mistake/carelessness. Even though it looks like a simple fix, it is probably going to cost thoulsands of $ to make it right. I would be PISSED!

If I ordered a Kia and it came to the factory like that, I would refuse to take the order... let alone a 450 grand supercar.

You have got to love these shippers. I had a 70 GTO RA 4 car being transported a few months ago and it got loose in the truck and ran into the new 612 Ferrrari in front of it. Both cars were damaged but I think the Ferrrai owner was more angry than I was?

I wouldn't take a new car if it was wrecked while being delivered under any cirumstances. Too many new cars out there why buy one damaged already?

I was there today thinking that I could maybe get a killer deal. Shipper neglected to properly secure the car and it bounced around and bumped into hard stuff. The purchaser did indeed back out, however, they had the car sold to someone else within 24 hours. I gathered they didn't have to discount it too much to move it (repaired of course).
