991 GT3 Order Questions

Thinking about putting in an order on a 991 GT3. Are discounts off MSRP possible? Also from my understanding, it seems like each dealer has been allocated three launch cars and most have been spoken for at this point. Any idea what wait times guys have been quoted going forward if i were to place a car now? I'm getting feedback from one southern california dealer that there's 5 people in line, likely will be Q3-Q4 2014?

The thread "991GT3 US Allocation" is a good one to read up on. MSRP is about it. Discounts ? Doubtful to clearly impossible if supply is limited; and IMO for the entire production cycle for this 991 model.

If you're not already in line good luck. Most dealers have a wait and their waits exceed the number of allocations they are getting. These cars will go for MSRP and over MSRP for probably the first year or longer.

I pretty sure every single GT3 slot in the US is accounted for this year, and next year. Unless you have an amazing business relationship with the VW group, good luck!

You're SOL at this point. Not all got three, some got none.
