Do the math ! (CGT)

Total production -1250

US portion - 625 (assumption that is divided equally)

Total sales : 340 (MY 05 - 238, MY - 102)

Cars in inventory/production line - 285 (625-340)

That's more than all the sales for 05; and these cars are supposedly near the end of production.

Either, there's going to be a massive production cut, a reallocation to ROW; or a correction to these numbers.

It's no wonder the Dealers are sweating this car, (if the math is verified!)

Porsche sales numbers thru' August 05, if I'm not mistaken. Therefore, they should be reasonably current.

Where are all the red ones? Most of the ones I have seen on forums are yellow, black and silver. I have seen only one add in for a red one on the dupont REg and one on a prevous post.

I'm surprised more people have not ordered them in that color.
Most rare are the Baby blue and the white one I also saw in past posts here.

looks like the victim of the 2006 smart airbag requirement. looking the VIN of those cars, both 1427, 1428 shouldn't be built until maybe March next year but because the the new law Porsche needed to built them before the 05 production ends. both of them should arrived not long ago i'd say about within 2 weeks. the 1368 one is fairly new as well.

The white CGT is so nice. Seem that dealer in big trouble to have $1.8 mil in GCT inventory only!
