Someone needs to invent a camera with a little heads up display so you can see the speed and rev counter.

Guys,
Just goto www.gt3000.com
Goto the videos section, you'll see the video of the CGT there

There are quite a few good videos there.

They always get me jazzed to go drive

Viva le GUMBALL! I've had some chats with a guy who's a big name in this event. It sounds like so much fun some of us need to do it! The 2006 Rally is going to be the biggest yet and is going to touch down in several continents! Other great sites to check out for videos are gumball144.com and antandpete.co.uk . Great thread

I'm glad you posted that. I was thinking that the CGT should have been pulling away from a GT3 MUCH harder than it was.

...i don´t know how things are here with "your" kinda strict speed limits but actually it´s really hard to FULLY pull away from even a GT3 in the moving traffic...

i often thought it just can´t be - but when e.g. my one of my buddies is following me with his ~420hp GT3-RS at average "left lane speed" of 200km/h +/- it´s hearly impossible to completely pull away without stretching the law (way) too much because of traffic and stuff, ppl tend to stay at the left lane quite long here even when someone´s approaching from behind waaay faster that´s the strange/stupid mentality here i´m afraid...
and it´s definitely like that that the full autobahn potential of the GT comes into play at 200+, below that ~400, 500hp rides can keep up quite good when i have to brake hard earlier from 250, 260 to 180 or so...
but i like that a lot and it´s definitely quite fun as u can see in Neo´s video - that´s the nick of the swiss Techart GT2 driver...

speaking of which, and i don't mean to thread jack (but it seems this thread is dead now anyways), i was wondering if there are any house/techno gurus on the forums here who know the names of the tracks in this video and the "final leg" video over at GT3000.com?

TIA
eric

The music in the CGT-video is called DT8 Project feat. Andrea Britton - Winter (Max Graham Sidechain Mix)

The music in the Hide and Seek video is Move Your Feet by Junior Senior. The original song was on the White Chicks sound track but not the mix in the video. I have been searching everywhere to find that mix with no luck. Can it be ripped from the MPEG?
