GT3 Swaybars - Adjustmetn Question

Hey Guys I need some help. It's 11pm where I am and my brain isn't working right. I have GT3 Swaybars with 5 holes in front and 4 in rear. For the track I run in the third set of holes from the end on the front bar and in the second set of holes from the end on the rear.

For AutoX I normally loosen the front up and move up one set of holes. My problem is I can't remeber if moving the link toward the end of the bar or towards the bar itself is loosening up the swaybars. Sorry for the dumb question. My car is up on my lift and I just moved them back to the 4th hole from the end on the front and now I'm second guessing myself.

Thanks for the help -

A simple way to remember this, as told to me by a crotchety old racer ... "Just remember that it goes in hard and comes out soft." For some reason that is something I can remember.
