Alignment Question...help a C2S brother out?

Just wanted to get some feedback from you guys that do a lot of suspension tuning. I just lowered my 09 C2S PASM car on H&R sport springs. I also installed new tires and wheels, wider offset, PSS vs. the old hard PS2's I was running...so some variables changed. I had an alignment..

.04 toe in each side front
.17 toe in each side rear.
-1.5 camber front
-2.0 rear
Caster 7.8-8.0

The car drives great up to about 100, turns in nice, grip is great with the new tires, etc. but at and above 100 mph the car wanders around more than it did. Seems any gust of wind blows me around easily. 120 seems really sketchy! I swear the steering feels lighter, like the rake or corner balance changed (I know you can't corner balance without coilovers, just using the reference). But that could be the softer new tires not transmitting the feeling like the old hard tires did.

I love the look, love the ride on the new PSS, but I am not comfortable at speed in this car like I was. I changed a number of variables and I'm a little stumped. Alignment shop offered to adjust free again if I wanted to bring it back after everything settles in. From what I've read, cars with 0 toe or slight toe out can react this way. Any suggestions you have would be very much appreciated. I don't want to go increasing toe and chasing a phantom if "that's just way it is with lower springs".
