I am also dealing with the buckets/harnesses vs. rollcage issue. The fact that you are safer in OE belts is true. We have a cool device called the CG Lock that we sell for $40 that attaches to the seatbelt's clip and locks the lower lap belt tight. Combine this with a set of supportive Recaro's, like the SRD's and you may have a good alternative.

I've heard great things about the CG lock. The reviews on their website were very encouraging. Pretty much, it's 80% the holding power of a full 5 pt harness for $40. And it's removable with an included allen wrench, so you can install it at the track and take it off for a comfortable drive home. It's supposed to take about 30 seconds with a little practice.

you really dont even need to take it off. It has a quick release on the side so that if you do need to adjust it for others, it is easy and fast. I leave it on all the time.

If you are serious about tracking the car safety should be a concearn.

Fabryce, do you have much in stock? Think I could come in and look at a few different seats?
