Please no flames! I have been thinking of some paint graphics, highlights, schemes for my GT3. I would feel stupid with a complete racecar type paint job, and I definitely want to avoid the bling/ricer look.
The Corvette Gran Sport has the two hash marks across the left front fender and it looks good.
A professional quality rendition of the Porsche crest painted on the drivers fender would be one consideration.(maybe 4"X5" would look good?) Ala Ferrari
Any ideas, experience would be appreciated. I want the finished product to be subtle and of excellent quality.
A 2' X 6' mural of Pam Anderson naked would not do it. I know of two places that may be able to do the work, but I have never seen a P car done like this that I liked.

just do some tire stripes. They are stickers so when you get sick of them you just peel them off.

Tell me a litle about the TechArt tire stripes...never heard about them.

 

Here's a pic of tire stripes, taken at the Nürburgring,

 

I saw a GT3 with the Ferrari style fender logo once, it looked ok but the car was red and the logos were yellow...

 

Those tire stripes are fugly, IMO. I like the GT3RS scheme, maybe something like that?

 

Doc, don't do it. There is a reason why you don't see Porsche crests on other cars. Think clean, simple and classy. If you want to look like a racer, get the GT3RS rear wing. It's over the top wild but at least it will serve a purpose. It looks a whole lot better than graphics.
