Exclamation 014 & 15 gt3 engines

were all of the 14's and early build 15 gt3 engines swaped out

All 14s were recalled. Some of the early 15s were replaced. There's a Porsche 10y/120k mile engine warranty covering all 991.1 GT3s though which makes this somewhat of a moot point.

I've always wondered this. Is that extended warranty from the manufacture date, or when the announcement was made?

The warranty starts when the original new car warranty is punched so for the early 2014s you have coverage through 2024. Since all of these have been replaced the upgraded/ replaced engines have been reliable so far. I have not heard of anyone having to replace their replaced engines.
