GT3RS or GT3- Help Me..Please

Can you help me with a decision Please!! Budget (wife) just informed me the GT3 RS which I long for aint gonna happen. Now trading down to GT3..or am I??

2015-2016 is the target and I found a few. Would you give me the bullet points of what I am missing in the RS please. I've looked on line and cant decipher enough in my depression.

Do all GT3's come with ceramic brakes? A few bullet points one vs other I'd appreciate and if anyone prefers the GT3 over RS I would like to hear. I've seen 2010 RS's in the ball park but really want something newer and not interested in manual this time around.

Thanks.

I just went through this same question. Didn't really consider a 19 GT3RS since that would have required selling another car so I was deciding between a 16 RS or an 18 GT3. Test drove a manual GT3, decided I wanted a PDK. Test drove an RS and decided that I really wouldn't be happy using it as a frequent daily driver although I REALLY like the look. Asked multiple owners and they all advised me to go with the GT3 even on the track as it is actually faster. Lastly, when deciding between options:
1 I new I wanted the front lift because it is a pain to change the lip.
2 Ceramics are an option and since I will drive the car on the street more than the track, opted for the ceramic brakes and no brake dust
3 Decided on the 18 way for the plush seat and will switch to race seats for the track
4 Adding roll cage/harness bar with 6 point harness
5 Race seats before I go to the track
6 No Bose stereo as I wanted to upgrade the stereo

Ended up buying an 18 GT3 with 4K miles which already had full body PPF, ceramics, 18 way seats, Bose, carbon interior, extended leather for 158 K. Interestingly, you will pay less for the 18 way seats vs the full bucket. Love the car. It is my new good weather daily driver and alternative track car.

Comprehensive and appreciated. That price and full protection ( which I’ve sourced best deal at 9k!). Solid purchase in my world

Thanks for taking a minute. These details help me transition into GT3
