Hey Guys,

Found these pics over on Rennlist...a few GT3s were spotted passing through Pikes Peak....take a closer look at the roofs of these cars in the pics, you can see the outline of the sunroof...I hope I didn't bum any of you guys out...hopefully they will offer a sunroof delete option

There has to be a delete option, there would be some pissed GT3 owners to be.

Sunroof? Are you serious.... The Sunroof defeats the purpose of the GT3!!!!

 

this is an opportunity to say NO to the car. weak but chance to try something else.

 

Well i guess its cool if sunroof's are OPTIONS, if not i will be truely pissed, my turbo doesnt even have a sunroof!!

Anyway looking good, just SO DIRTY

 

Sunroof on porsches==>rattles==>more $ outta my pocket and more trips to the dealer=(((((((

Of course. I for one rarely used the sunroofs of my other Porsches, plus we need all pf the weight savings we can get!! Turbos or 996's in general sunroof delees are pretty rare in the US.

 

Actually that's great! When you make your passenger sick they can stick their head out the roof instead of puking half out the window

 

i for one will enjoy sunroof. i know it seems counter to gt concept but its not that big a deal. change in driving characteristics will be impossible to detect.

would take cgt over enzo based on open roof too.

 

Makes sense. Porsche doesn't have the roof delete option on the 997 line, why do it just for the GT3? They said screw it, Americans will buy it anyway. (They're right)
Remember the spypics everyone poo-poo'd because they looked like they had nav (which turned out to be the pcm screen all 997's have) and the sunroof? Looks like those were legit after all...
