Gas mileage on GT3

I'm getting poor gas mileage around 15mi/gal. I noticed it after my last visit. Is it because of the oil used(Motul)?

Oil used shouldn't have an effect on gas mileage as long as it's clean (even then, shouldn't effect much).

How's your right foot, what RPM's are you shifting at, etc?

Yeah, I guess too many "street races" around here. I got stop gunning the pedal at every stop light.

Tony, bring it over and we'll trade - you can drive the Scion for awhile if you're concerned about gas mileage

the reason i asked because i noticed after getting my 15K service at an independent dealer. i replaced the air filter with BMC and they used Motul instead of Mobil 1; they said i would noticed better gas milage.

unless the viscocity of the oil was changed you will not notice any difference in mileage. Suggest sticking with what Porsche put in it.
Is the BMC an oil filter? Make sure it was not overoiled and messing with MAF readings.
