Just out of curiosity what is ORR? Some kind of racing I assume?

How in the world do you buy and sell cars every few months? Do you just eat all the registration taxes??

Open Road Racing. Do a search on this website or google. It's a drive fast legally event. In Nevada, Texas, and Oklahoma.

WE prefer openroadracing.com. the silver state races have safety issues at the moment.

as to registration, i spend alot of time in my place in oregon, which has relatively low fees for legal residents,

I do the same, my cars cost under $60 for two years. Then I just leave the dealer plates on during the entire time I keep the car in CA.

Police in the Bay Area have wised up to this and regularly ding Oregon plates.
