The GT went on sale 3/31/04, production ended 5/6/06. Reportedly 1,270 produced, 604 went to North America. US dealers had about two dozen new ones in stock as of the end of August. Some reports say that Porsche has a large dealer incentive to move those cars. I have seen some sales reported at $375k, with one in Chicago at $350k, hard to know if the numbers are accurate.

Yesterday, there were 17 new CGT left in the Porsche USA inventory locator system.

The manufacturer-to-dealer cash incentive on late CGT inventory is thought to be $10,000.

Some dealers who were given extra 997TT allocations as a reward for taking a CGT might be able to rob margin from the gross on those new Turbos (sold at MSRP) to help reduce the price of a CGT in order to move it. Call it package pricing from PCNA

Any deals below about $413,000 for an actually new (not just low miles) CGT involve lost dealer cash in some way or another. Financially soft dealers that depend on banks, instead of their own capital, for floor-plan money might be panicked enough to take a loss instead of watching the interest meter keep ticking over. Those dealers, however, have probably already sold their CGTs some time ago.

There are 17 2005s left that are brand new. There were reportedly only 100 total produced in 2006, with production ending in June.
Out of the 17, there's 2 black ones, 3 red ones, and the rest are grey or silver. Best deal I've found still out there is $380k on a red one (448k msrp) and $398 on a black one (455k msrp).

According to their ad in Autoweek, Pioneer Porsche in San Diego has a black CGT for $339,000. One of 38 black ones built they claim. At that price it must be used but looks nice. Their number is 856 695 3000.
