Hi
I dont have any Fabspeed inhouse DYNO data on the 3 variuos systems we have developed or combinations of the systems. I do have solid background information from GRAND AM CUP and raceshop that have bought parts from Fabspeed and hand fabricated several catbypass pipes and muffler bypass pipes on 996 street cars (Grand AM CUP racing) and GT3 club racers and SGS class ROLEX cars. They tell me that the cars pickup up to a maximum of 18-20HP with certain exhaust changes.
In the next few weeks , East Coast weather permitting, we will be Dyna Pack dynoing a 996 & an 2004 GT3 with a the following back to back & in combinations and of course VIDEO tapes.

Muffler bypass pipes
Maxflo mufflers\
Catalytic bypass pipes (off road use only)

Have a great day

Please keep me posted on these items. Can those tips be plated black chrome? I will be taking delivery of the GT3 in June. I plan on keeping my '02 C2 as a daily driver.

Thanks.

This is Joe @ Fabspeed Motorsport
We should have sound and video clips soon. I am waiting for GOOD weather as my Speedyellow GT3 owner doesnt want to take his car out in lousy EAST Coast salted roads/snowy/generally lousy weather. Soon we will be on the DYNO and have viedo. This should back up data receiveed from raceteams that fabricated there own systems.

I have been out of the office working on several new projects and should be in all day Friday if anyone would like to call.
Have a great weekend.

Joe,
Any dyno data on the muffler bypass pipe yet? Also, how many pounds can I remove from the car w/ the bypass pipe installed?

Someone told me the low end torgue will be reduced with the installation of the muffler by-pass pipe. Is that ture? Maybe the dyno sheet can tell the real story. So Joe, where's the dyno sheet that we are all waiting for??? Would be great to see the before and after for comparison purposes.
