Please keep us updated. Orange is the only way to go-- although I prefer you pick green

Keep the options to a minimum, but the big question here is Ceramic Brakes? Are these 2nd Gen, 3rd Gen? I've read countless threads on this topic, but all reviews/pictures show the 997 GT3RS with Ceramic Brakes. Are these standard on the RS (doesn't look like it from the order guide)?

yes, min. option would be fitting for the nature of this car.

So here's the $64K question......

HAS ANYBODY ACTUALLY BEEN GIVEN A REFERENCE # AND MONTHLY BUILD DATE???

Feel free to PM me if you don't want to disclose publicly. No BS please!

Happy TG to all.
Hey Rob,

Your info is correct -- no dealer is ordering the RS just yet.

I'm also the first order at my local dealer.

Does this mean you'll be attending the private track days again?

Happy Thanksgiving

Arling, is that a "good" freaking me out, or a "bad" freaking me out?!

Don't you guys think that white might not show off the RS body that well? That's my thought at the moment, but but I reserve the right to change my mind, since I frequently do.

Jack~

Good to hear from you!

And yes, my self-imposed track exile will be coming to a close soon!! I will be reverting back to my old ways and begging you to include me on track days once my GT3RS arrives. And yes, it will be orange!!

Happy TG!

Rob

If you watch the Porsche GT3RS Video from their website, it says the PCCBs are optional.

As much as I love white I cannot do anymore white Porsches. 930 was white... the GT800 996TT is white (or a cream puff), the 996C2 track car is white... I almost got a white GT3 last week so the RS has to be GREEN.
