'04 GT3 vs. '04 GT2
I don't want to get of on a rant here, but...
The base price difference between these two cars is $90,000+. How & why does Porsche still justify this price differential? Come to think of it, how does Porsche justify their pricing across their the 996 model range; do they see Porsche owners as "suckers"? The GT3 is good value for the money, relatively speaking, but I would never spend $75k on C2.

and who would pay that 90,000 differential? i can [having done so ] get an 03 gt2 for 45 more and it's definitely worth that. and i cant use nor will i pay more for an 04's minor tweaks

Yeah, it seems like the realistic selling price for the GT2 is somewhere in the $140K range. What they are asking, and what they are getting are 2 different things. It seems the price is similar to a 911 TT X50 package but just caters to different buyers.
