Sounds very very nice, does it still have the valves for the exhausts?

 

Hey MeanMachine, GT3Ranger here it's FVD's thread but it is my car and it is the first they've done in the US. The system totally eliminates the side mufflers (saving 42 lbs) therefore the car is in constant sport mode. Who would ever run the car out of sport mode? I also have an E60 M5 and why would you ever drive it not in the M mode (max power). It is very similar to the Cargraphic Kit #5 but I believe the product is considerably of better quality and design. The midrange power gains are staggering as proven by pre and post dyno runs. I highly recommend the FVD headers and the correlating ECU upgrade.

 

with an overboost program on a 997 turbo it's hard to get CLOSE ENOUGH to hear the exhaust... i must agree that the GT3 is a musical instrument by comparison to the PFFFFFT! you get from a turbo'd car... EXTERNAL wastegates do make the turbo's sound freaky-cool, though...
