Club Sport or not?

I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger on the the rear roll bar, race seats,
harness on my 997 GT3. I'll be tracking it 5-10 days per year. I want to be safe. It's just that the stock seats are beautiful, great support. The rear
is so nice looking and is great storage.
I know I should go for it but..

The factory rear cage truly improves the structural rigidity of the car. It bolts directly to the rear suspension points none of the other roll bars have this feature. Go for it you're only making the car better.

Hey Jonathon, the two examples you showed how are they different from the factory RS roll cage? Do they bolt to the rear suspension points? It appears to be a nice set up.

gt3ranger

the factory bars that I've sold are GT3 RS fitments.

the orange bar pictured is in a GT3 RS, the white in a GT3

they are both the Dassport rollbar.

They do bolt to the rear suspension points like the factory bar
here is a pic

we cut the rear carpet so that we come out with a clean factory look

Jonathon, thanks for the reply. I'm interested because the rollbars you've shown appear to be more welded and only 2 bolted points. The attachment to the rear suspension is important to me but the factory rollbars are driving me nuts with the creaking. It has to many bolted joints. What is the price. If you'd prefer you can PM me. I had called 2 weeks ago but we've missed each other. I got your return message (FL). I am also looking for seats, race type. I had checked into the CF ones from the RS and C GT but they are pretty steep. I've dropped a fair amount lately. The wife meter is soon to go off. Juan Brothers in motorsports.
